Conference Call is an international jazz quartet with Michael Jefry Stevens (piano), Joe Fonda (bass), Gebhard Ullmann from Germany (sax and clarinet), and drummer Deiter Ulrich from Switzerland. The group has been together more than 12 years and has seven cd's out. The event will take place in an intimate loft space on Charlottesville's Downtown mall, directly across from the Paramount Theater. This concert is sponsored by The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and The Berlin Senate, along with The Charlottesville Jazz Society.
