The jazz stars come out in support of the Charlottesville Jazz Society's educational and cultural mission.
Beginning at 5:30 a parade of area jazz greats takes the stage every 30 minutes, beginning with the Michael Elswick trio, and including guitarist Jamal Millner's Jimi Hendrix tribute, the Kane-West Trio featuring Brian Mesko, Stephanie Nakasian and Hod O'Brien, and many others.
